Depends on what you are doing exactly. What type of connection?
Say you wanted to connect a texture to a shader node. Open the Attribute editor for the shader node, then in the hypershade, drag and drop the texture onto the color attribute of the shader node thaats open in he AE..
Drag and drop is the key point.
Check the Documentation. It will show you.

You can probably go right to your home state Registry of motor vehicles and download it from there. That is, if they are the people responsible for administering the tests. You nmay also want to check with your school.

you cant speed up torrents! torrents depend on seeds (other people that have it downloaded) if there are no seeds or few seeds you cant do any thing!

There's no such thing; in fact, you can't find the name/address of an vehicle owner from their llicense plate due to privacy laws–unless you have a valid legal reason for getting it, such as an accident.
