Tumblr’s popularity over the last year has increased exponentially. The reason why is quite simple: Tumblr is flexible, powerful, and, most importantly, a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, there aren’t many training resources available for the platform yet. In this video series, we’ll go through the process of taking a Tumblr theme, designed in Photoshop, and converting it into a fully working theme – in just a few hours.

It already has a lot of what you need stock. I highly doubt that you need 8 GB of ram. That is crazy. I mean you want more hard drive space to store all of your photos, but the 320 GB is stock and that is the largest drive. The only thing that you can do is upgrade the 320 GB to a faster one. The stock hard drive runs 5400 rpm while the upgraded one for $50, is 7200 rpm. 2.66 GHz is fast enough and it's not worth paying $300 when the computer is already fast enough. Taking that into account, this computer should last you about 4-6 years at least. Another alternative is to get an external hard drive and store all of your photos on to there.
