USC is the school with the world class film school. That's were Steven Speilberg got his degree. The question is not whether you choose USC, but whether or not USC will choose YOU. Competition for admission is brutal. Art Center College is better known for commercial art and animation design. If memory serves me correctly, the school was established by Walt Disney as an incubator for his animators. I am not familiiar with CIA, Valencia.

You need to start building a portfolio of web content now. The top film and fine art school usually only select passionate art studesnts who already live and breathe their art. Sounds like you're not there yet. Better start tomorrow. You also need to participate in film contests and submit your content to Current.TV and other indie art film venues.
