Imagining is the best way to discover and understand the world around us.
Our imaginations allow us to peer into the future based on our past experiences.
Without imaginations, we would be relegated to minor roles in the struggle to manipulate our environment and to thrive in spite of the obstacles thrown in front of us.

I guess you have a good idea of an art, but as you go through please make sure that you are decided with what is in your mind, though it is a very good idea, my opinion being an artist is that you have to get a good model the actual object itself and use a magnifying lens to view clearly the details, I am just a little worried because micro details sometimes do not look good after it is being magnified,

Nikon D3000 does not have Live View Function so you can not view subject direct on lcd monitor.
