It would depend on if you are taking these things and using them for work related projects. If you are using them for work but outside of the office than it is not stealing. But, if you are using these things for personal use, unrelated to work, than yes it is stealing.

I congratulate you both on waiting. That's a very honorable deed. Since I'm still a virgin, what I do with guys are: kissing, cuddling, groping, dry humping (with clothes on), and hand jobs. Enjoy each other!

Your question has been reproduced below to preserve the original fact pattern to which this answer applies:
Q: "Took something from work…and now they're suspecting.? So i was at work today and i took a chapstick we recently started selling to try it out. I received a text from one of the girls from work saying one of the workers saw me using the chap stick and told the manager i stole it. The manager then looked up my buying record (whenever we buy something we use a card so they know what we bought and what we didn't…this is an anti theft system) and saw i didn't purchase chap stick. Now we signed a form saying we were told they have hidden cameras but im not sure if they're up. What do i do tomorrow if they confront me? I might have to work. Should i deny i had chap stick from the store (Clothing store that started selling chap stick) and say its a different brand i got from a drug store? or should i say its my sisters and i took it."
A: There is no quick answer to your question.
Honesty is usually the best policy. But that's probably not what you want to hear.
It's clear that you did steal the product. And what the manager is going to be thinking is that if you took some Chapstick then you might just as well be taking other mechandise or thinking about it. The best course for the manager would probably be to fire you before you steal anything else.
The manager doesn't need video evidence. An inventory of the product will show at least one missing. One of your co-workers has said they saw you stealing the product. As you explain, you don't have the product purchased on the card provided to you for that purpose. (Seems that card system works pretty well.) It would be reasonable for the manager to conclude that you are a thief and fire you for it.
The real question is what kind of a person do you want to be? A thief AND a liar? You should admit that you took it and say that you intended to pay for it but forgot right then. And you should stop stealing.
That approach might still get you fired, but the deception you would otherwise try ("wasn't me") will probably turn out worse for you in the long-term– especially if there's video that caught you red-handed.
