Pat-downs at the doors going into test.
Big honkin' magnets at the doors to erase hard drives.
RF jamming.

Hire an NSA or CIA guy to run security.

If the computer in question is a laptop or netbook, then no, you are probably stuck with what you have. If it is a desktop, then you can probably add a new video card to one of the expansion slots, you just need to check with the manual and see what type of expansion slots you have available (PCI, PCIx, AGP).

If you can install a new card, what you will do is disable the on-board video in your system BIOS before windows loads, then switch the monitor cable to the port on the back of the new video card, and install the drivers that come with the card once windows loads.

low ram
bad graphic card
weak processor

all of which are unupgradable on a netbook (expect ram to a limited extent)
The hard drive has nothing to do with it.

If one was going to use a netbook for gaming, I imange it would be an old game or some other less-resource intensive.
