All smart phones require the $30/month data plan. All require a voice plan and the least expensive is $40/month. That's a minimum of $70/month before texting. With texting, you can get 250 for $5, 500 for $10, 1500 for $15 and 5000 for $20.

To remove ur eyeshadow use a baby oil . Dont use an oil based eyeshadow , use the normal and also apply it a bit dark but dont make it look to obvious so that at the end of the day it will still be there. Another product would be a water proof eyeshadow kit that helps a lot and stays 4 2 or 3 days it can be removed only by applying a moisturing cream or baby oil. After appyling the cream or oil use a cotton ball dipped in water and wipe.
You can carry a kit with you .

You need to install;
the correct version of the sync program. Using the file explorer in the sync window, drag/drop the .cab file onto the Diamond. Next, using the File Explorer in the Programs Menu, find the .cab file and tap it. It will open and install the program. Just follow the prompts. The new program should appear on the Programs or maybe Games Menu. You may delete the .cab when finished.
Hope that helps.
