Microsoft Pure, Turtle Mobile Phones Get Detailed [Microsoft's Project Pink Phone Specs Revealed]

The Microsoft Pure and Turtle mobile phones have been given more concrete details after a review of their recently leaked firmware.  The Microsoft Pure and Turtle phones will not run Windows Phone 7, but a lighter version based on Windows 6 CE.

The Microsoft Pure and Turtle phones reflect Microsoft’s commitment to continue developing low-end mobile devices to round out their high-end offerings with Windows Phone 7.  These more basic mobile devices will run a version of Windows 6 CE, and be powered by an NVIDIA Tegra chip that will provide a bit of punch regardless of their budget-level nature.  The larger of the two, the Microsoft Pure, features a slide-format QWERTY keypad and a 480×320 touchscreen display.  The Microsoft Turtle phone is basically a more compact version of the Pure, featuring a smaller 320×240 display.  Both devices will be manufactured by Sharp but branded by Microsoft themselves.

More news is on the way about Microsoft’s Pure and Turtle mobile devices.  While Monday’s MWC 2010 news focused on the release of Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7 OS, expect more news about hardware devices running this and other operating systems in the days ahead.

snapping turtles are vital to their habitat, they are predators as well as scavengers. They help keep populations of fish, frogs, small ( young ) birds, in check. they also feed on decaying matter, dead animals and vegetation Without them two possible impacts on the biome are going to occur. 1. over population- loss of a predator means prey species flourish. 2. Disease/pollution – when a prey species has no or fewer predators disease is common as the sick and weak are usually the first taken/ Over population causes excess's in fecal matter which ruin water supplies and can adversely effect other species. Also loosing a scavenger species is like loosing the trash man in your neighborhood. Waste continues to pile and becomes a hazard for everyone around.

What can and does effect their survival.
Man for one. Every few thing prey upon snapping turtles once they are past the juvenile stage. A armored shell, excellent camouflage and powerful fast strike makes the not worth the trouble or risk to attack by most things except Man. We trap them for their meat, kill them because of the misconception they will decimate a desired "game" fish population, drain their chosen habitat to make our homes or for recreational areas, people attempt to hit them with cars and boats, nesting sites are disturbed and taken.

I've had an 80 gb Zune . for the last 4 years . It works as well today as the time I opened the box . Many friends chose the ipod touch , and have been getting it fixed or returned . Plainly speaking — Zunes don't break down .
