Digital Media Boxes that let you steam content off of your home network to your television are common, like the Roku or the recently covered Popbox, but the WirelessMediaStick could put them all in the junk pile. This new gadget, roughly the size of a USB thumb drive, can plug directly into a TV, DVD player, Blu-Ray player, DVR – anything, with a USB port, and stream your video content, without the need for an additional set-top box.

a blue ray disc dvd player costs as much if not more than a ps3 and the ps3 is the best blue ray dvd player on the market best tv you can get atm would be a sony OLED tv but those cost thousands of dollars

You could try AIMP for audio, and VLC Player for video.
AIMP willl play nearly all forms of audio, and VLC will play nearly all forms of video, both without having to download extra plugins or add ons. As for pictures?… I don't know, sorry. go to and have a look around, it's all free!
