Right after learning that Skype got to the next level by announcing that their latest application will bring 720p HD video calls to the masses, here comes something that will totally blow you away; ESPN is all set to take sports broadcasting to a “whole new dimension” as the company is launching the industry’s first 3D television network, starting with a World Cup soccer match featuring South Africa vs. Mexico, in June.

that makes no sense all…..wishing for something to be over that hasn't even begun
after the winters most of us have had ~ summer seems like a better deal ….. I am a spring and fall person (can't wait for both to start and sure don't want them to end!:)

I do agree with you on that one. The glasses will average $60.00 a pop, it will be blurry, and can't you just watch 3-D at a movie theatre or something? But, in the last Great Depression they invented the computer and that's what brought everyone back on their feet again. But sadly, I don't think that'll happen with the 3-D T.V.s; but I'm hoping.
