Start Your Work Day the Night Before for Better Productivity [Career]

Most of us are anxious to make a break for it at the end of a long work day, but career blog Work Awesome reminds us that taking a few minutes before you leave to focus on the following day pays off.

Blogger Andre Kibbe says before you rush out the door, spend a bit of time prepping for tomorrow so you can hit the ground running in the morning. Like a chef that lays out their ingredients and utensils before making a souffle, setting up your workspace for maximum productivity will (hopefully) keep you from procrastinating when it’s time to buckle down.

The more setup time you eliminate, the less inertia you’ll have to overcome, and the more flow you’ll experience. If you need to edit images in Photoshop tomorrow morning, boot it up before you leave work this evening. If you know the first image file you need to edit, open it now. When you turn on your monitor in the morning, you won’t have to ask yourself, “What should I do first?” The file right in front of you is your one-item to do list.

Note: After you boot up your ready-to-work computer, we’d also then recommend putting it to sleep or hibernating until you get back in the morning. Kibbe also suggests you pay attention to how much time you spend on important tasks each day so you can get an accurate feel for just how much time you need to budget for them to get everything done. He’s got a few more tips worth checking out, so make sure you head over to the post to see what it has to say.

How much work-prep time do you invest before calling it a day, or do you fly by the seat of your pants when you walk in the office door? Share your thoughts and tips in the comments.

first of open both photos on the same page into a photo editor i prefer photoshop cs/cs2 make both photos two sperate layers… take the inital photo you want to put into the other photo..ie the purple marker into the photo with the blue marker and edit that layer. click on the layer and begin with the eraser tool start by removing most excess parts of the background things you dont want in the photo make sure not to clip the marker itself you want it to look realistic … then take the earser tool and adjust the softness so its not as hard edge but not so soft that it esrases poorly begin to tightly esrase around the marker.. untill you have no background left and only the object is there… voila you are done its very easy take the purple marker layer and put it above the blue marker layer so it appears as though the purple marker is with the blue marker… you may have to adjust brightness and contrast and sizing to make it look extra realistic if you have anymore questions or need more help just ask :)

It depends on the situation. If I'm planning a big trip, then yes very good idea to plan ahead. If you're going to the supermarket it doesn't matter. If you want to spend a nice romantic evening with your significant other, then it's good to plan what you would like to do with your evening, but be flexible because things rarely turn out the way you plan. So I guess I'm a little of both. I like to plan certain things, but spontaneity can be fun.

Okay just eat one boiled egg, it will store protein in your body, aslo eat a bannana they help to relieve cramps and have potassium, you could also have a bannana breakfast bar, or just some strawberrys, and fruit! :)
