Next time you’re planning a drive and want to use your Android phone’s handy GPS navigation, don’t email yourself the address or type it on the phone. Do as Dave Winer does and use Google’s My Maps to save time.
RSS creator and proud Droid owner Winer suggests creating a new map named “Destinations” while signed in at Google Maps. On any destination you want to drive to, you can now hit “Save to My Maps,” choose your “Destinations” map, and repeat for anywhere else you regularly drive, or are just driving to this one time.
When you’ve got your Android phone out, open the Maps app, select the Layers, and choose your My Maps. Now it’s far easier to select and click “Navigate” to your points of interest, rather than tapping away while your passengers slowly grow annoyed at your obsessive, geeky ways.

MB dealership. There will be a new GPS disc available in Fall 09. I would wait until then to update it. It simply needs to be inserted into the GPS drive–no special programming or anything like that is necessary.

If you still have it, there should be something in the manual that came with your phone about a hard restart. It may cause you to lose everything in your phone, but it should get it working. If that dosent work, take it to the verison store and have them help.

I think most sit-down receptions serve dinner right around normal dinner time, which is anywhere between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
As a guest, I don't EXPECT a sit-down meal. There's also the option of a buffet, or a heavy appetizer and dessert reception, and I'm totally fine with either. The only time I would be irritated is if it was implied there was a sit-down meal, and only light appetizers were served because then I would have come hungry and left hungry (and drunk because I would have no food in my stomach!).
If the reception was mid-afternoon, I wouldn't expect a full meal, unless it was lighter food like seafood dishes or fancy sandwiches and deli options.
