You can find educated people who believe a lot of weird things. There are well-educated people who actually believe that aliens live among us, disguised as humans. It doesn't mean anything, though, and it doesn't make it any more logical.

More importantly, true science relies on evidence, not on authority. It doesn't matter if a well-respected scientist believes in creation, if creationism doesn't have any evidence for its assertions.

Also, many of the scientists you mention do not have the relevant knowledge to assess the validity of creationism, and are only slightly more qualified than you or I are. Psychologists and chemical engineers are not required to study the evidence for evolution. Even some of those in the relevant fields (geology, biology, genetics) have not necessarily engaged with the scientific evidence for evolution, because science, like all modern academic disciplines, is very fragmented. A microbiologist may know everything there is to know about cell division in rattlesnakes, but that doesn't necessarily make him/her an expert on evolution.

Still, while I disagree with the implication of your question (that creationism is intellectually respectable), I think you're right to point out that creationists are unfairly painted as uneducated by evolutionists (which is NOT the same as atheists). There are plenty of educated creationists out there, and evolutionists should recognize that.

Protein-made up of amino acids, break down to aid in digestion & metabolism.
Fat- energy; brain is made up of 60-70% fat & needs fat to function mentally, cognitively, etc.
Iron- help create red blood cells that are needed to bring nutrients to all the cells of the body.

Not sure what you mean by alternatives, sorry.

That depends on where you live. In a state like Oklahoma, the kind of beer you can buy in a supermarket is even regulated so that you can't buy stronger kinds of beer, only some watered-down stuff. You have to go to a liquor store to get anything else including wine. The liquor store does not sell anything cold there. You can't buy mixers and such there either.

In a state like Oregon, you can buy wine and beer at a store. The restrictions aren't as tight when it comes to the alcohol level of the beer. It still has a limit, but the limit is much higher than Oklahoma's 3.2%

Additionally, a liquor store is necessary for hard liquor, and you can also buy mixers at a liquor store in Oregon.
