Weceem is a simple CMS built with Grails and designed to support a variety of content types including Wikis and Blogs. You can deploy it as a standalone application, and in future you can embed the plugin edition of Weceem into your own Grails applications.

Dreamweaver is just for creating html pages.
Drupal is system, that allow you show users content.
Via dreamweaver you can build html pages (full pages or internal nodes), and embed it to drupal. Read more about theming in drupal.
