That would not be grammatical. The second word isn't even Latin. Now, Latin is an inflected language, so you have to put endings on the words. What is the subject of your phrase? Are you saying "I love Sarah forever"? That might be something like "Amo Saraham in aeternum" (as that girl's name isn't Latin, I'm not quite sure how to put endings on it). Or "In eternity, Sarah is love?" That might be "Saraha in aeternum amor est." If it's simply "Love is eternal" then go with "Amor aeternus est." Leave Sarah out of it, in that case. Or you could substitute "sempiternus" for "aeternus" (with the appropriate endings, of course); or again, you could use "perpetuus" (with "in perpetuo"). You have to be quite precise when it comes to Latin, I'm afraid. English is very mushy and can be taken in many different ways, but Latin doesn't work that way.
