The Verizon Wireless broadband access is for your laptop only. In order for the PS3 to take advantage of it, you'll have to setup Internet Connection Sharing on your laptop. That way your PS3 can connect to your laptop via your laptop's wireless connection (in Ad Hoc mode since you don't have a wifi network) and access the internet via the VzW Broadband Access.
