If you load the site into FrontPage (always assuming you have Office Professional), you will have the ability to view the structure of the site in this tool.
Just remember to not let FrontPage take over and publish your site, and don't save anything AT ALL.
Alternatively, back up everything on your site to an alternative location so you can always go back to the original version.
FrontPage can be an absolute pain when it insists on changing things for you.

Good content is the most important thing for a website. Otherwise, there's no reason to visit the site.
Good writing, however, isn't as important. The writing should be grammatically correct and comprehensible, but it doesn't have to be of a professional quality.
