Adobe Fireworks is a bitmap and vector graphics editor. It is aimed at web designers for rapidly creating website prototypes and application interfaces. It is designed to integrate easily with other former Macromedia products, such as Dreamweaver and Flash.
While Fireworks CS5 packs a lot of new features, it is still possible to achieve completion of these tutorials listed below.
From my own experience, it’s hard to get started learning this program because you will face some obstacles. But take your time and be patient and you will master Fireworks in no time.

If your wii recieves a message and the power is off it will glow. I believe they make docking stations that glow like the wii does.

In the US neon is lit by high voltage transformers ranging from 2000 V to 15000 V with 20 – 60 ma variances. The longer the tube or series of tubes equals a larger transformer.
As for color,
Colors are provided by 1 of two rare earth gases, neon or argon here in the US. There are some facilities that however use other rare gases like helium, xenon and krypton to achieve specialty colors.
In clear tubes the gases emit the following colors when energized.
NEON = RED
ARGON (mercury added) = BLUE
HELIUM = PINK
XENON = BLUISH WHITE
KRYPTON = WHITE
In most commercial production of neon tubes in the US since using only 2 primary gases for filling the tubes other colors (spectrum) is gained by using phosphorous powdered tubes. When using a coated tube the colors are gained by the reaction of the UV properties of the energized gas within the phosphorous coating in the tube. The coating are made from variences of calcium, zinc, barium and aluminates. Color depths and brightness is achieved by the amount of an activation agent that is being used.
The following colors are achived when using argon (mercury) as a filling gas in combination of the following phosphors.
Calcium Silicate = Pink
Barium Magnesium = Dark Blue
Cacium Tungstate = Blue
Calcium Halophosphate = White
Zinc Silicate = Green

you're quiet safe there, Macromeadia is a well known company, and a lot of their software is already in your system. it as just done a up date for your flask player (flash player is for the web page video's and graphics)
