EZFlar is an open source ActionScript library that enables you to create such a media. Or, you can use the online generator.
It simply inserts a pre-defined media inside a "pre-defined object" in another media.

Either use Autodesk 3D Studio Max or Autodesk Maya. The can be used to do everything you said. Most professional CGI movie and game studios use either one of these 2 programs to create movies and cutscenes in games.

They are the same certificate. They are just sold by two different GeoTrust resellers. You can use to compare other certificates.
