Tough question to answer. But mainly the answer is ( I suspect) your website.

You are offering a professional web design package through a site that doesn't showcase any of your work. If you want to design sites you really ought to have designed a nicer site for yourself. Your site is very plain and it demonstrates none of the features you say you can provide for your customers.

Then there is your question. You say you don't know what is wrong with your site - but you are a professional designer. You ought to be able to tell us what is wrong with it.

And the other part of your question about how to get traffic - well, if you are offering to design me a site that gets no traffic why do I want your site?

I don't want to sound critical but you really do need to work through these problems, find solutions and offer the solutions to your customers. Customers always want solutions but you seem to be selling a load of problems to which you don't know the answers.

How about doing a bit of research? There is a full course on marketing and selling websites for designers on this page:

Scroll down to number seven on the list, "The Webmaster Business Masters Course". It's free to download and it will take you step by step through the sort of solutions you ought to be offering to your customers.

Email me through yahoo answers of you have any questions. I'd like to help if I can.

Good luck.

Scrubbing brush and soapy water should do the trick. Heating it up with steam may deteriorate the surface.
