Long exposure is really amazing photography technique to capture light and movement. These are easiest to accomplish in low-light conditions, but can be done in brighter light using neutral density filters or specially designed cameras.

There's 145 cameras in the place I work at ! No kidding ! This will vary from company to company.Most will keep them for a while, and then destroy them. They have a big magnet giizmo that destroys the tapes.
