You may have short term memory disorder, where you cant remember things that recently happened, but you can recall the day of your 5th birthday. Talk to a doctor and they can give you some tests to see if you suffer from this, as well as suggestions on how to improve the problem.

No, you DON'T want to be 'creative' when it comes to headshots!

In fact, professional headshots have some very specific requirements as far as composition, cropping and lighting goes so your best best is to look up the work of some of the top headshot photographers in your particular field and go for the same look Trying to be 'artsy' when it comes to headshots would be a major mistake.

And avoid Model Mayhem and One Model Place like the plague, those sites are for semi-porn glamor style pix and old perverts who like to shoot it, and professional headshot photographers don't use those types of sites.
