There are far too many factors involved here (some of which are beyond your control) for anyone to be able to provide a reliable answer for this. I can say this much as a site owner and AdSense publisher — if you have a video blog, using adequate amounts of keyword-optimized text in your posts to complement the videos will improve your revenue potential substantially. Search engines are still primarily text-based programs, so if you have only videos but no real text content on your pages, it will be difficult to gain much traction in terms of organic traffic from the search engines.
You also need a fair amount of content for the AdSense crawlers to be able to discern what your page is about. Otherwise you will end up with completely irrelevant ads that will not get clicked on and/or will not pay you very much. As they say in the SEO world, "content is king"!
