FMF reader Brad sent me the following email a couple weeks ago: I bike to work 2 to 3 days per week during the summer and occasionally (if it’s reasonably dry and warm) in the other months. I’ve analyzed this many times, and here are, in my view, the pros and cons (both financial and [...]

about 1 week ago - No comments
Over and over we see people wonder how the U.S. economy can grow despite very high unemployment. We’re told that growth can’t be sustained with so many people out of work, and that eventually we need to see new job creation. But what if many of the laid-off workers weren’t producing anything to begin with? [...]

The sudden and dramatic absence of the Liberty 33 folks can only be explained by their realization that there’s an app for market crashes. Alas, they have to wait in line like every other Steve Jobs fanatic. That’s the only explanation one can come up with to explain why the market is plunging. Nothing else [...]
Why Homes Are Now The Cheapest Since 1968
about 1 month ago - 3 comments
Last week we pointed out how U.S. mortgage rates had hit the lowest level ever in recorded history (going back to 1971). Further along that meme, Paul Kasriel of Northern Trust believes that the implication of record low mortgage rates is that homes have become undervalued. That’s because the monthly financing cost of paying down [...]

You will need to build one for your own equipment. Each type needs a separate time and use cycle. You also need to comply with your state L&I and OSHA compliance. You might try those web sites for suggestions and maybe a program from them or a training site for a safety maintenance log would help.
Good luck, there is so much gear in use by each contractor on every job site that it is demanding under taking. You might find some suggestions from a ship maintenance log on how that is set up. You'll need to include the manufacturers recommended scedule.
Your attempt is good, but unless you have a check in and check out tool room many of the small hand tools and battery operated units will not get tracked. Maybe a bar code reader and barcodes on each item will help.

Aggression comes in many forms, most often based in fear or anxiety. It could be a result of learned behavior from bad experiences as a kitten or it could be that a cat is more easily aroused and gets his adrenaline going.
It could also be his inability to read social or environmental cues so he treats things that are safe as threatening.
Much of it is probably genetic as we can breed for docility in animals. It may be a combination of hormones and neurotransmitters and other things we don't really know enough about.
